Mr.Antonio Campagnoli, FIABCI World President will speak about his vision on worldwide real estate, the future of valuation profession and his consultancy services to real estate industry. In particular, he will share his FIABCI policies as the World President to help professionalize real estate industry at large.

Antonio Campagnoli, a globally recognized lawyer and strategic advisor, brings over 20 years of experience in law, finance, and real estate to his role as World President of FIABCI. Known for his expertise in innovation, sustainability, and internationalization, Antonio has significantly influenced the global property sector.

A law graduate from the University of Milan, with additional training at UC Berkeley, Antonio began his career in major international law firms specializing in financial law, M&A, and structured finance. He introduced pioneering financial instruments to the Italian market, including transactional insurance and real estate crowdfunding.

Antonio is the founding partner of IL PUNTO/CORFAC International, a real estate advisory firm with over €5 billion in asset valuations. He is also a partner at LexCC, focusing on ESG compliance and fintech law. As Secretary General of ISIVI and co-founder of RE-Anima, Italy’s only CONSOB-authorized equity crowdfunding platform for social and infrastructure projects, he has driven innovation and impact investment.

Dedicated to education, Antonio teaches real estate finance at institutions such as Politecnico di Milano and Sapienza University. He also co-directs the Real Estate Expert Evaluator Course, training professionals in advanced property valuation.

A member of FIABCI since 1999, Antonio has served in numerous leadership roles including President of FIABCI Italy, European President, Chair of the Financial Committee, and President of the Professional Division. He is also affiliated with leading international real estate organizations like FRICS, SIOR, and the Appraisal Institute.

Now as FIABCI World President, Antonio is committed to expanding the Federation’s global reach and inclusivity. His agenda focuses on innovation, youth engagement, sustainable development, and strengthening institutional partnerships. He aims to open FIABCI to new players—from developers to tech firms—while enhancing its local and global impact.

One of his first initiatives is the FIABCI International Trade Mission – RE KEY: Italy 2025, set to take place in Rome in September, uniting global real estate leaders for cross-border collaboration.

Antonio’s leadership is defined by continuity and transformation. As a second-generation member of FIABCI, he brings deep institutional knowledge and fresh vision. His goals include greater transparency, digital transformation, stronger sponsor recognition, and increased global visibility.
