Dr.Gupta is a Post Graduate in Commerce (Gold Medalist), FCS, FCMA, Ph. D (Corporate
Governance) with over 43 years of corporate experience in leadership positions with various
public and private sector organizations in the domains of Finance, Costing, Valuation, Internal
Audit, Sustainability, Integrated Reporting and Company Secretarial functions. He has dealt
with Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate restructuring, Anti - Dumping Duty and Corporate
Governance mechanisms. Currently Dr. Gupta is the Managing Director of Registered Valuers
Organization of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He is also Chief Executive Officer of
ICMAI Social Auditors Organization and Chief Operating Officer of ICMAI International ADR
Chamber.

Dr. Gupta has chaired and addressed a large number of national and international seminars and
conferences. He has been a Visiting Faculty at various leading Business schools for over 3
decades. He is a member of various Industry Associations. Dr. Gupta is Editor-in-chief for
various professional Journals. He is a prolific writer. He has written over 300 articles and
research papers which are regularly published in various professional national and International
journals. He is currently guiding 5 Ph. D scholars. He has also conducted Management
Development Programs both open programs and in-house for various companies Dr. Gupta
