Gino recently founded Partners Property Advisory & Valuations to create an environment where personal service could be offered to those requiring specialised, tailored professional property assistance and valuation advice.

Gino, a Certified Practising Valuer, has worked as a Valuer and Property Advisor for over 40 years within the Melbourne and Victorian real estate markets. His fields of expertise includes government, matrimonial, compensation, asset and insurance valuations. Gino is also qualified in the valuation of businesses and can provide guidance and advice in both the selling and purchasing of established businesses.

Gino has also appeared as an Expert Valuer Witness in the Supreme Court of Victoria, Family Court of Australia, County Court of Victoria, Magistrate’s’ Court of Victoria and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Gino is also a part-time lecturer in Statutory Valuations at the University of Melbourne, where he has been lecturing and guiding property students for over ten years.
