Dr.You earned a PhD. Department of Land Economics, National Chengchi University and a Master Department of Land Economics, NCCU. He once served the Director-General of Taipei’s Department of Finance, Deputy Director-General of National Property Administration, Ministry of Finance (MOF) and Section Chief, Department of Land Administration, Ministry of the Interior (MOI) before. He also served Deputy CEO of Taipei Universiade with 134 countries to Taiwan in 2017. Dr. You is first certified real estate appraiser in Taiwan. He also lectures regularly at National Chengchi University (NCCU), implement theory into practice.
