Mr.Bhichar has had strong contribution to the housing industry in Thailand.  He is now a board member of the Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Corporation.  He was the President of the Government Housing Bank from 2000 to 2002 which is the period of the Bank's 50th Year Anniversary as the "Turn Around and the New Restructuring Period".

He has extensive working experiences with leading companies in Thailand, and has also extensive international working experiences with international joint venture projects and companies, including his direct 6 years post in London UK as the branch manager of Thai Farmers Bank Plc. He obtained an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Kellogg School of Management and an M.C.L in Commercial law from University of Michigan Ann Arbour. During his 9 years works with the CP Group, the leading conglomerate of Thailand and the region, he has been assigned to work on most of their major investments and projects as senior management at True Corporation as Senior Vice President, Vinythai Public Company as Deputy Managing Director etc.  Among some other important assignments and works of CP Group both in Thailand and oversea operations, including China ,Hainan, Vietnam, Burma,Portugal, Turkey, Belgium ,Singapore etc.
