Agency for Real Estate Affairs (AREA) which is the largest real estate information, research and valuation centre in Thailand conducts a chronological research on Bangkok land prices since 1994. Around 200 sites have been valued during the past 15 years to trace the development of land prices. AREA is the only source of this most comprehensive set of information.It will be very amazing to grasp the changes of land prices in different locations at the same period of time.This set of information is very powerful in strategic planning on various types of real estate developments at different locations.
