        MAIN INSTRUCTOR: Dr.Sopon Pornchokchai, Ph.D., D.FIABCI, CRS, MRICS. He has had experience in real estate research and valuation since 1982. He was a consultant to the ESCAP, UN-Habitat, International Labor Organization and other international organizations.  He is an international councilor to the Appraisal Foundation which is the regulatory body of appraisal profession in the USA. He is a country representative of the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) and the FIABCI at the United Nation ESCAP.  In terms of CSR, he is the representative of the UN Global Compact for Thailand.  He wrote a book “the Real CSR”.  He is a board member of the Thai Chamber of Commerce on Ethics and Sufficiency Economy.  He conducted lecturers on CSR to public and private organizations in Thailand and abroad.
