REAL ESTATE VALUATION No.86^th

This course provides one of the four fundamental aspects of real estate feasibility analysis (in terms of legal, marketing, physical and financial aspects). Of these four days, some 15 instructors will be met so that the participants will be provided with thorough understanding on related laws and regulations related to real estate.

Goals:

1.	To train the participants thoroughly and comprehensively on understanding laws and regulations related to real estate,
2.	To help establish a network among participants to learn more about laws and regulations related to real estate,
3.	To update on new laws and regulations and latest legal developments.

Who should attend:

1.	Property owners: individual owners as well as institutions holding real estate for use or investment,
2.	Officers of central or local governments related to real estate,
3.	Bankers or financiers or other financial service providers for loan purposes,
4.	Executives or colleagues in consultant firms such as brokers,valuers,property managers and the like.
5.	Other interested persons
